St Peter's College is an all boys' school providing a holistic approach to education for boys from the Early Learning Centre to Year 12. The extensive grounds cater for the Junior School (southern end) and the Senior School (northern end) and modern boarding facilities for up to 90 boys (from Year 7 to 12). Acting Headmaster of the School is Ben Hanisch.

Junior School: The Junior School is divided into three sections; the Early Learning Centre for 3 to 5 year olds; Junior Primary for Reception to Year 2; and the Middle and Upper Primary for Year 3 to Year 7. Acting Deputy Headmaster and Head of Junior School is David Hine.

Senior School: The Senior School caters for boys from Year 8 to Year 12 with an extensive academic, co-curricular and pastoral care program. Acting Head of Senior School is David Scott.
