Single Campus Location
St Peter’s College is set on a sprawling 90-acre campus just two kilometres from the Adelaide city centre. The campus caters for students from the Early Years to Year 12. A blend of beautiful heritage-listed and modern buildings is complemented with outstanding educational facilities and sports fields.
Early Learning Centre
The Early Years is a place for active, joyful learners. We know that to develop a love of learning, boys need a variety of collaborative and practical learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors.
Our inspiring indoor learning spaces are spacious and filled with natural light, while our outdoor environments are designed to promote opportunities for exploration, independence, and an appreciation of nature.
Junior School
Students in Prep to Year 2 enjoy the superb facilities of New Palm House with an adventure playground and oval spaces set aside for this age group’s sole use.
Our Years 3 to 6 students are situated in classrooms in the Bickersteth and Shinkfield buildings. Boys enjoy learning in stimulating classroom environments in which students and teachers are supported by modern technology.
Senior School
Years 7 and 8 students are educated in the dedicated Pentreath Building, designed specifically for flexible learning.
Our Years 9 to 12 students have access to excellent facilities, technology and specialist teachers to explore ideas, develop practical skills and enhance their understanding.
Our redeveloped Big Quad features the Year 12 College. This dedicated space is allocated for quiet and independent study for Year 12 students. The opportunity for collaborative learning is provided in breakout rooms.
Boarding House
We provide excellent boarding facilities for students who join us from across the state, country and overseas. Our modern Boarding House ensures a homely, safe and comfortable experience for around 100 boys from Years 7 to 12.
Memorial Hall
Memorial Hall stands as a sacred space and a constant reminder of those members of our community who made the ultimate sacrifice in serving their country more than 100 years ago. The Hall is used for musters, assemblies, music and drama performances and workshops.
School Chapel
For more than 160 years, the School Chapel has stood as the spiritual centrepiece of St Peter’s College. This magnificent building hosts services on most days of the year, offering inspiration, hope, joy and solace to members of our community.
Ovals and sports grounds
Our grounds are world-class, with seven ovals, a hockey pitch, 10 tennis courts and a state-of-the-art sports centre with swimming pool and full gymnasium. A purpose-bult sports hall is located in the Junior School.
Outdoor Education Campus
The School’s outdoor education campus is located at Finniss, near Lake Alexandrina, about an hour’s drive from Adelaide. The campus plays host to a range of adventure and aquatic activities.
