Celebrating Co-curricular Excellence

Since its introduction in 1979, The Keys Award has recognised excellence in co-curricular life alongside attitude, responsibility and the ability to positively influence others. It remains the School’s highest honour for achievement outside the classroom, awarded only when its criteria are fully met.

The crossed keys worn by recipients are drawn from the School’s Grant of Arms and symbolise trust and responsibility. They serve as a reminder that achievement carries weight, and that how success is pursued matters as much as the outcome itself. The award recognises students who not only perform at a high level, but who do so in a way that strengthens the community they are part of.
