On Thursday 4 November, St Peter’s College hosted Adelaide United professional Soccer team for an open training session. Hundreds of our Junior School and Senior School students thoroughly enjoyed watching the teams train during recess time (and in lesson times if their teachers could be persuaded!), and at the end of the session, all the players greeted our students and signed posters and mini soccer balls.
We hope that this session may be the first of many in upcoming months as we look to establish a mutually beneficial relationship with the state’s premier Soccer club.
