The Science Faculty is delighted to celebrate the remarkable achievements of three of our Year 11 students, Lucas Wang, Daniel Teng and Devansh Singhal, who have been placed among the top 24 students nationally in the recent Australian Science Olympiads.

In the Australian Physics Olympiad, Lucas Wang demonstrated exceptional analytical skill and deep conceptual understanding, earning a position among Australia’s finest young physicists. In the Australian Biology Olympiad, Daniel Teng and Devansh Singhal showed their outstanding scientific reasoning and commitment to excellence, securing their place among the nation’s most talented students.

As a result of their outstanding performance, all three students have been invited to attend the prestigious Australian Olympiad Summer School at the Australian National University in Canberra. This program serves as an advanced training opportunity and selection process for the top six students who will go on to represent Australia at the 2026 International Science Olympiads.

Their success reflects not only their exceptional talent, perseverance, and curiosity, but also the strength and depth of the Science program at St Peter’s College. The faculty takes great pride in their achievements, which continue the school’s long-standing tradition of academic excellence and scientific distinction.

We congratulate Lucas, Daniel, and Devansh on this outstanding accomplishment and wish them every success as they take the next step towards representing Australia on the international stage.
