Term 3 has seen enormous growth for the Barista Boys. With brand new coffee cups to sell, printed and branded corflute signs, and a food offering, the Barista Boys initiative has come ahead in leaps and bounds. Every Wednesday lunchtime, the “Bakery Boys” give up their free time to make cookie dough for the gluten free treats to be sold the following morning. The biscuits sell for $2.50 each, or customers can buy the “deal”: a hot drink and biscuit for $5. The boys have created loyalty cards for parents and students, and teachers have their own discount card. What will Term 4 hold for the Barista Boys? Anything is possible.
