On the morning of Anzac Day, over 20 boys and staff gathered before 6am to take part in a special Dawn Service in front of the Boarding House. When the sun rose, the quiet of the morning was only disturbed by the beautiful sounds of our resident magpies and kookaburras as we all reflected on the sacrifices made by those who came before us. Darryl Chu and Branson Inns helped lead the service with distinction and we all enjoyed the ‘Last Post’ and ‘Rouse’ performed by a very talented day student, Noah Pitkin who kindly volunteered to take part in our intimate service. A special morning capped off by a hearty bacon and egg breakfast cooked by Mr Rob Green.
