This week we welcomed Brigette Carlile to our SPSC Rowing Program. Bridgette will be our 1st VIII and Senior Squad Coach.
Brigette has a extensive Rowing experience as an athlete and coach including:
- Coached St Catherine’s School 1st VIII in back to back Head of the Schoolgirls’ Regatta victories, a National Championship and Henley Royal Regatta victories
- Coached Australian U19 and U21 teams and Mercantile Rowing Club
- Won a Rowing Australia scholarship for Uni of Queensland Masters of Sports Coaching
- Taught HPE for seven years
Brigette is looking forward to the challenges of school boy Rowing and working with a new team of coaches. Please join me in welcoming Brigette to the SPSC Rowing community.
