Over 30 languages are spoken on a daily basis in the school community. Some of these languages are mother tongues, while others are being learnt as a second or even a third language. To celebrate the International Mother Tongue Day, nine Junior School boys from Year 1 to Year 5 took part in a tongue twister competition on Tuesday last week in the Senior School. These boys performed in Chinese language. The Year 7 students also showcased their talents in French and Chinese. The First Place Chinese Award went to Poli Guo (Year 2) the second and third places went to Kevin Ma (Year 4) and Youyi Chen (Year 5).

Well done to all boys who took part in this competition.
