This Christmas, AnglicareSA is aiming to hand out over 1,500 food hampers and gifts to support families and individuals in need.
Senior School students and staff have worked together in Mentor Groups and Houses to collect food items for hampers to go to people in need this Christmas.
From everyday staples such as pasta, cereal and coffee to festive treats including Christmas pudding, mince pies and shortbread, items have been generously donated by our students, staff and families.
This morning, students and staff helped pack the AnglicareSA Hope Van with over 90 boxed food hampers for AnglicareSA to distribute to families. Including the Middle Years, by the end of term, we aim to have donated 170 hampers to AnglicareSA’s Christmas Hamper Drive.
Thank you to everyone in our community for this incredible joint effort in generously donating goods to support South Australian families at Christmas time.
