We are delighted to share the outstanding achievements of our Year 12 cohort who completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme across 2020 – 2021. 29 students completed the Programme achieving a median ATAR of 97.10; the highest median in the past five years.
In particular, we acknowledge and congratulate Xian Huang (SHT), William Subramaniam (YNG) and Charles Lewis (DAC) for achieving the highest possible ATAR of 99.95.
Highlights of the SPSC IB cohort are as follows:
- The average score out of a possible 45 was 38.31 (comparable to an international average of 29.80)
- 70 merits were awarded for a perfect score of 7
- 36.3% of all grades were a 7
- 71.0% of all grades were a 6 or 7
- 91.2% of all grades were a 5, 6 or 7
- Of the 29 students:
- 9 students gained an ATAR of 99 and above
- 19 students gained an ATAR of 95 and above
- 24 students gained an ATAR of 90 and above

The School is exceptionally proud of these remarkable results that represent a unified effort of our students, staff and parents and we thank our parent community and staff for all their work in supporting the boys throughout their journey at St Peter’s College.
