In Week 5, our Years 1 and 2 classrooms were buzzing with excitement as we welcomed over 80 girls from Wilderness School, Walford Anglican School, and St Peter’s Girls’ School for our Co-Education Incursion. The special morning was held as part of Book Week celebrations, and it was a wonderful opportunity for our boys and the visiting girls to come together to share stories, collaborate and enjoy a variety of hands-on activities.

The day began with dancing in the function space with Miss Renney, before moving into a series of engaging sessions designed to develop creativity and teamwork. Students rotated through activities including clay making, planting, and programming with Bee Bots. Of course, no school morning would be complete without recess where new friends came together over snacks and games in the sunshine.

The children enjoyed discovering common interests and forming new friendships. With perfect outdoor weather, the students connected through play, creativity and shared experiences.

Our Co-Education Incursion was a true celebration of community, learning and friendship, and we look forward to continuing these valuable connections in the years ahead.
