It has been a fabulous start to Term 4, and it has been pleasing to see the positive way students have returned to school. Across the Junior School, students have been moving around the campus with respect, care and responsibility, while quickly settling back into their learning routines. Congratulations to all students on such a strong start.
A highlight of the fortnight was the opening of our Junior School Art Exhibition. Congratulations once again to Vihn, our Art Captain, who spoke with great confidence and poise at the opening evening. Special thanks must also go to Ms Houston for curating such a magical menagerie of enchanting animal-inspired artworks.
Students and staff alike enjoyed matching paintings with their corresponding sculptures, looking closely for the shared details, from markings and patterns to food and habitat clues. It is a wonderful celebration of creativity.
Students are also to be congratulated on their enthusiastic participation in the Summer House Games. It was terrific to see such strong teamwork, sportsmanship and engagement across all year levels. A special mention goes to our Year 3 students, participating in their very first Summer House Games. Miss Duffy commented that she had never seen a more organised group participating in kickball, which is a wonderful reflection of the way students approached the day. Thanks to our Junior School Friends of Saints volunteers too.
Personal Presentation Reminder
As we move through Term 4, a reminder that students should now be wearing their summer uniform, including summer shorts and the lighter grey summer socks.
Parents are also reminded that Junior School students do not wear a tie as part of the summer uniform. As a result, the top button of the shirt should remain undone. We would appreciate your assistance in ensuring students arrive each day in the correct uniform.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another exciting and successful term ahead.

Deputy Headmaster / Head of Junior School
