Once again we are selling hot cross buns to help raise money for the Anglican Board of Mission (ABM). This year the funds raised will support the Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) project in Myanmar.

Kyo Kyar and Myi Ni Gone are fairly typical of villages in Myanmar. These two villages were using unprotected wells for their daily needs, shallow pools that would often become contaminated with animal manure, insects and washing detergent. With funding from ABM and labour from the villagers, the Church in Myanmar organised the materials and the construction of four deep tube wells and 17 latrines. Your contributions ensure villages like Kyo Kyar and Myi Ni Gone receive safe drinking water, sanitation facilities and vital sanitation education.

You can help by participating in the annual hot cross bun fundraiser. Organised by the captains and prefects, hot cross buns are now available to order online. Each packet, consisting of six fresh hot cross buns, costs $6.70 and will be delivered to the School on Tuesday 27 March. All proceeds go to ABM and we thank Foodland Norwood for their ongoing and generous support.

Orders are now open and close on Friday 23 March. Place your order today

Thank you in advance for your support of this worthy cause.
