Towards the end of last term, the ELC families came together to help build community and celebrate the dynamic ways the boys in the Early Years learn on a daily basis. With the help of the goosechase app the boys and families completed a series of challenges from building fizzing cakes in the sand pit, magic mark making with black lights, yoga poses, and building a marble run from loose parts. Families all ‘brought a plate’ and the spirit of sharing and connecting over food was strong.

These are very complex times, from the reframing of masculinity, the ramifications of COVID, and the diversity of our community. Our boys need to see us building relationships with joy and love. Interactions of this nature will give them the strength to act out the school values of truth, respect and service.
