Dear Parents and Guardians

It has been delightful to have so many students return to the campus for the start of Term 2. We have had more than 90 percent of our students in the ELC through to Year 6 and close to 100 percent attendance in Years 11 and 12 this week. We look forward to welcoming the Years 7 to 10 students back to in-classroom learning from Monday 4 May.

We continue to work hard to maintain the safe environment that already exists at school whilst offering a full program of learning and activities for students. We have modified our programs to meet hygiene and social distancing requirements, including our sports programs.

The opportunity for students to begin pre-season training for their winter sports will begin from Saturday 2 May in the Senior School and from Saturday 9 May in the Junior School. Morning and afternoon training will also re-commence on week days. Training will be conducted in groups of up to six with an emphasis on skill development and we have strict protocols in place to manage any risks associated with COVID-19.

Detailed information about your son’s schedule and planned activities for his particular sport will be sent via Sports Zone shortly.

We continue to monitor the situation in South Australia closely and will communicate with you via email and the COVID-19 page on Keystone as required.

Kind regards

Tim Browning
Headmaster
