Hamann Schools’ Mathematics Competition
Last term, over 250 students from our Senior School competed in the Hamann Schools’ Mathematics Competition (HSMC). This was the 65th running of the event sponsored by the Society of Petroleum Engineers SA and run by the Mathematics Association of South Australia.
Our school had some exceptional results, with 23 of our students invited to the Awards Night at Pembroke School last term.
I congratulate these students on their excellent achievements, and the many other students who gave it their best and added to their experience in mathematical competitions.
