Congratulations to all students who competed in House Cross Country.
58 Senior House competitors (Years 10 to 12) completed three laps of the 2 km campus loop (6km), with the same number of Junior House competitors (Years 7 to 9) completing two laps of the same course (4km). Prior to the day, each House was invited to nominate a team of six boys per event. Each team was to consist of two runners per year level.
On the day, we were treated to several outstanding performances and many amazing personal achievements.

None of this could’ve taken place without the enthusiasm and leadership of House staff, staff, parents and prefects who volunteered their services as event officials as well as the
support received from the School’s Grounds staff, Marketing and Communications and Ms Natalie Worster (administration). My sincere thanks to you all.
We can now look forward to the Mercedes Cross Country Relays, the House Athletics Program and interschool Track and Field competitions, inclusive of the Achilles Cup.
