Photo/film consent forms:
There is a new online consent form relating to the use of photos and footage. All parents are asked to complete the online form to provide consent.

Medical details form:
All parents are asked to check the medical details form and add any updated information about their sons. This information is sent directly to teachers and the Health Centre to ensure all boys’ wellbeing and is used for planning camps and excursions. Even if your son’s medical conditions haven’t changed, please check the details and submit the form.
