From 6 to 13 May, 479 students from St Peter’s College took part in the 2025 Education Perfect International Language Championship, demonstrating incredible dedication and enthusiasm for language learning. Over the course of the week, our students collectively answered an astounding 154,504 questions, earning 63,621 points and spending a combined total of 214 hours engaged in language activities.
Thanks to their efforts, St Peter’s College achieved a global ranking of 70th, placed 18th in our category, and impressively finished third overall in South Australia out of 68 schools. A huge congratulations to all involved!
In recognition of their efforts, our students earned:
- 27 Credit Awards (equivalent to 1 hour of work each)
- 13 Bronze Awards (equivalent to approximately 3 hours each)
- 1 Silver Award (equivalent to 6 hours of work)
- 1 Emerald Award, an extraordinary achievement reflecting 15 hours of focused competition effort
Special congratulations to Tobey Yu (Year 7), recipient of the Silver Award, and to Sebastian Romaldi (Year 9) for his outstanding accomplishment in earning an Emerald Award — a truly remarkable feat!
