At Muster last Friday 3 March in Memorial Hall, the winners of the 2023 Junior School Tongue Twister Competition were announced to celebrate the International Mother language Day.

Students from Years 1 to 6 have been learning Chinese and participated in this competition in their classes. The finalists were sent to the Head of Languages, Ms Rachel Spiby and Chinese teacher, Ms Xiaoning Wang in our Senior School to judge.

The entries were judged on their learning of the TT by heart, clear pronunciation, intonation of the voice to carry meaning, presentation skills and confidence, accuracy, and speed!! We enjoyed watching their performances.
