International Women’s Day challenges us to reflect on the role we all play in creating a more equitable society. On Monday we welcomed students and staff from Blackfriars Priory School, Christian Brothers College, Prince Alfred College and Rostrevor College to our International Women’s Day Breakfast, where the conversation focused on leadership, equality and the responsibility young men have in building connections that strengthen our shared future.

Guests heard from Fiona Dorman (President, National Council of Women Australia), Jess Adamson (award-winning journalist) and Lucy Stephan (three-time Olympian, gold medallist and two-time World Champion rower) who shared their insights on driving change and standing up for others.

These conversations are not always easy, but they are essential. They encourage students to think critically about the impact of their actions and the strength found in respect, empathy and leadership.

Thank you to all who joined us for this important conversation.
