On a perfect Autumn night, over 800 people gathered to enjoy the Junior School Friends of Saints annual Movie Night and Fun Fair. The carnival atmosphere was alive as children enjoyed amusements, games, jumping castles and treasure hunts before the movie started. The best part was watching the smiles on everyone’s faces as they came together to be part of our wonderful Saints community.
Such events don’t happen easily. Mellissa Larkin, Chair of the Junior School Friends of Saints, and her committee worked tirelessly to bring the event to life. The team were well supported by volunteers and members of the Saints staff who planned and organised this wonderful community event.
Spending time talking to the families who attended was a pleasure. It was great hearing the expressions of gratitude to our School and all community members who work collaboratively, to not only educate the boys, but also help foster and nurture their character.
