On Thursday 22 March, St Peter’s College hosted the annual string-In. A total of 65 junior string players from Seymour College, St Andrew’s School and St Peter’s College participated in the event.

The students took part in rehearsals, tutorials and finished with an excellent concert. They performed Storm, Peanut Butter, Celli, Stegasaurus and Pirates of the Caribbean, which the audience greatly enjoyed.

String-in was a wonderful musical experience for the students. They learnt orchestral skills and how to follow a conductor. It was a good opportunity for the students to meet other young musicians who have similar skills and interests.

Congratulations to our boys for the way they represented the School in their outstanding performance and excellent behaviour.

Thank you to Ms Jacqui Carias who assisted with the event.
