Book Swap
Thank you for supporting this initiative of the Library Leaders and committee. I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Harrison Gray (Year 6) and Anirvan Iyengar (Year 6) our library leaders and the hard working committee members Aidan Du (Year 6), Jenson Grudnoff (Year 6), Lachlan Estcourt Hughes (Year 6), Laurence Anderson (Year 6), Eric Yantchev (Year 6) and Joshua Ooi (Year 6). The boys were impressed by how the community responded to this event.
Christmas Cooking Showcase
The Junior School Library is going to become a foodie delight and source of Christmas cooking inspiration during weeks 6 and 7. We are putting together a Saints showcase of Christmas treats and need your help. Think gingerbread houses, biscuits, mince pies, shortbread, edible Christmas trees, cookies, Christmas cakes. If there is something amazing that you create as a Christmas treat we would love you to enter it into our Christmas showcase. We will be sending more details as the event approaches.
Borrowing for Term 4
Borrowing this term will cease on Tuesday 19 November. All books are due back to the library on Friday 22 November. It is always wonderful to see the numbers of families that support us in getting books returned by this deadline. We are always amazed at how few books we have to chase up at the end of the year as most families meet this deadline.
