Last Friday 150 students, parents and teachers from the Junior School braved the cold and wintery weather to walk in the Hutt Street Centre ‘Walk a Mile in My Boots’ fundraiser event.
The event was a huge success with over 5,000 people from across Adelaide supporting those who are homeless. Despite the freezing conditions, it was wonderful to see so many boys and their families participating in such a wonderful cause.
The Hutt Street Centre work tirelessly for those experiencing homelessness by creating opportunities for them to live independently and develop a sense of worth.
Thank you to those who participated and for their generous donations that saw us raise $2,355 for the Hutt Street Centre.
