The Athletic Development Program at St Peter’s College is developing a range of activities for students in Years 4 to 12 to support the development of fitness, strength, mobility and quality movement.

The KEYS Athletic Development Program was created, in essence, to ‘unlock’ athletic potential. It was introduced to Year 6 and 7 students last year and we have observed exceptional improvement in their strength and movement abilities. I can see the benefit of incorporating gymnastics, basic fundamental movement skills, running mechanics and mobility into the students’ program. The program is designed to improve your strength/speed/mobility and sporting performance as a whole.
