The Australian Mathematics Competition is a mathematical problem-solving competition. It consists of 30 unique problems designed each year by leading educators and academics to challenge and engage student’s mathematical problem-solving skills.

The APSMO Olympiad is a problem-solving competition that is held throughout Term 2 and 3. Students participate in 4 30 minute problem-solving sessions. They need to think creatively and demonstrate their mathematical proficiency.

This year our Year 5 and 6 Mathematics Enrichment students participated in these competitions.

On Friday of Week 3 we were able to celebrate students that achieved exceptional results in these competitions.
