On the Wednesday of Week 8, Adelaide and Flinders University representatives ran a medicine information session for our Years10 to 12 students. This included a detailed outline of the entry requirements in South Australia. Both universities discussed the prerequisites, ATAR (Australian Tertiary Admission Rank), UCAT (University Clinical Aptitude Test) and interview process for medicine. It was an informative session and we look forward to holding a similar session later in the year.
For those considering tertiary studiers interstate, the University of Melbourne has ten residential colleges,which provide supportive environments for students who study there.
