Jayden Zhang (Year 4) recently represented South Australia in the School Sports National Championship in Sydney.
Jayden competed in 12 events. In his individual events he recorded PBs for all events and qualified for the national finals of the 50m Breaststroke and 100m Back Stroke where he finished 10th and 9th respectively.
In his relay events, he and his teammates won gold in the boys 4x50m Under 10 – Under 12 mixed age freestyle relay and finished in 4th in the mixed 4x50m Medley relay.
Jayden now holds multiple club records in the Under 10 age category at Henley & Grange Swimming Club and he also won two gold and two silver at the SAPSASA championship earlier in the year representing the St Peter’s College and the North Adelaide district.
