- Dr John Charles Litt AM (DAC ’72) for his significant service to preventative medicine as an influenza specialist and general practitioner.
- Mr John Evans OAM (YNG ‘66) for his service to the tourism industry and rail history in South Australia.
- Mr Anthony William Keynes OAM (SCH ’70) for his service to athletics.
- Mr Samuel Peter Mattey OAM (SCH ’69) for his service to local government and the community.
