We are looking for an organised, community minded individual to manage donations, coordinate volunteers, and keep our shop running smoothly.
Key Duties
· Oversee and organise donated uniform stock
· Recruit, roster, and support volunteers and student helpers
· Communicate with the team via WhatsApp and email
· Liaise with school staff and parents
· Manage monthly reporting and takings
· Coordinate uniform shop involvement at school events such as Step Up Day, Community Day, and other open days

· Confidence using digital tools (email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
