Why join Running Club?

Stamina or cardiorespiratory endurance is one of the requirements for achieving good general health. It’s also highly beneficial for competitive involvement in many of our chosen sports.

What does Running Club look like?   

Each week’s content caters for a variety of abilities, age groups and previous experiences.

When does Running Club take place?   

Sessions run all year each Friday morning from 7.00am – 8.00am, meeting in the Sports Centre Cafe. Please note, there will not be a session on Friday 23 September with Athletics Carnival programmed on that day.
