St Peter’s College First XI players recently received their Level 1 Coaching Certificate after successfully gaining Cricket Australia Accreditation from the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA).
Playing for a First Team is an honour for any student at St Peter’s College and positions are highly sought after by many players. Playing First XI Cricket is also a responsibility for our young men. By gaining their accreditation, we hope to see First XI players give back to both the Saints and wider cricket community by helping other young cricketers become better players.
Thank you to SACA for taking our First XI cricketers through the course, which included fielding, spin bowling and wicket-keeping masterclass sessions. We look forward to using the knowledge gained for the upcoming season and extending the impact of the First XI program throughout the School and wider community.
