Share the Dignity is an organisation working to end period poverty. Their current project, It’s in the Bag, aims to make Christmas brighter for vulnerable women and girls who find themselves in a domestic violence refuge.
A group of Senior School staff joined together to donate handbags full of the essentials and some everyday luxuries. The empathy within the group was powerful as this effort can have a such a positive impact on the recipients.
The project runs until the end of November with Bunnings the collection point for handbag drop-off. To learn more click here.
