During Week 8, the Year 4 students walked to the South Australian Museum. With a Science and HASS focus, the purpose of the collaborative excursion was to deepen their learning on materials, how things are made, what they are made for and how they are used with an Indigenous perspective.

Boys also had the opportunity to explore and demonstrate their curiosity on other exhibits in the museum. The giant octopus and crystals were a hit! It was a wonderful and engaging learning experience seeing the boys make connections across different curriculum areas.

Thank you to all the parents and staff who volunteered their time to support the excursion.
