With just fourteen weeks of learning Spanish behind them, the Year 11 Ab Initio students are conversing in the present, past and near future tenses. The Ab Initio course so far has been a whirlwind of learning topic vocabulary from describing oneself, sporting preferences to daily routines, all whilst perfecting the understanding of grammar.

This term the boys have had the opportunity to learn more about the Spanish speaking world. They have researched a Hispanic country of their choice and have produced an oral fact file. In addition, the boys have presented the weather forecast for their country to the class.
