Join Speed@Saints to enhance your speed and agility. Most sports require short sprints and rapid changes of direction, and the faster you are, the more likely you are to outrun your opponent or chase down a ball. Think sports such as Cricket, Tennis, Football, Badminton, Basketball and Soccer. All Years 7 to 12 students are welcome to join the Speed@Saints program to boost your athletic ability so you can improve your speed and agility and perform at your best in your chosen sport.

How to join:
Sessions commence in Week 3, every Tuesday and/or Wednesday from 7am to 8am. Meet in the Sports Centre Café.
