When dropping off and collecting students, we would like to remind all parents/caregivers that all drivers must adhere to the speed limits within our School and surrounding streets.
Maintaining safety within our grounds is utmost important to SPSC for our community members and our neighbouring residents.
Please prioritise dropping and collecting students in the Hackney Road car park, on Pembroke Street or outside Memorial Hall. Parents are asked to avoid where possible dropping and collecting students on Hatswell Street as adjacent streets are narrow and are not designs for increased traffic. For Junior School parents/caregivers, please place additional care when exiting the carpark onto North Terrace.
Students driving to and from School are asked to park within the designated on-site carparks. Please prioritise safety and strictly adhere to the speed limit when entering and exiting the school premises.
Finally, SPSC would kindly like to remind the community that all ball games should be discouraged in all carpark areas. A number of students have been observed playing with balls in the car park area, unsupervised by parents, before teacher supervision begins at 8.15am. If you need to drop your son off before teacher supervision begins, you can book into Breakfast Club which runs from 7.30am until 8.15am in the Early Learning Centre.
