In 2024, 51 SPSC students volunteered with The Smith Family’s student2student program. student2student supports disadvantaged young Australians in Years 3 to 8 who struggle with reading. The program matches a student who is struggling with their reading, with a peer Buddy who helps to improve their reading skills over an 18-week period.
