Our surfers enjoyed clean and crisp conditions on Friday 17 June at the SA School Surfing Championship at Goolwa Beach. Both Open Boys and Under 16s performed well in their heats to progress through to the next round.

In the semi-finals, Year 11 students Sebastian Creek and Lachlan Langton displayed excellent carving turns but fell just short of a podium finishing with an impressive equal 4th. Banjo Yates (Year 9) also finished 4th in his division, despite performing a stylish cutback winning ‘turn of the day’.

Well done to the boys on your outstanding achievements in the water.
