This is a reminder to log on to Keystone and update your son’s medical information for 2019. This information needs to be reviewed at least every 12 months and throughout the year if there is any change in your son’s medical condition.
Simply log on to Keystone using your login details, click on the medical details tab, review information, consent and complete.
