The St Peters College Robotics teams displayed skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship at the South Australian VEX Robotics State Titles, held at UniSA Mawson Lakes. Competing among the state’s top young roboticists, the School fielded five teams, each bringing their unique strategies and dedication to the challenge. Despite tough competition and intense final rounds, the SPSC teams held their own and took home prestigious Judges Awards for outstanding performance and innovation.

The event, marked by a series of demanding rounds, showcased the creativity, technical prowess, and resilience of students from schools across South Australia. SPSC teams demonstrated these qualities in spades, tackling engineering challenges and programming tasks with determination and strategic thinking. Although all five teams narrowly missed out in the final rounds, their efforts did not go unrecognized. Two of the teams earned Judges Awards, a testament to their innovation, sportsmanship, and adherence to the core values of the VEX Robotics competition.

We are incredibly proud of our students for their accomplishments, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. The boys have worked tirelessly, and their achievements today are a reflection of their hard work and the strong values they bring to each competition.

Adding to the excitement, two senior teams from St Peters College have earned a coveted invitation to represent South Australia at the National VEX Robotics Championships in Sydney this December. This invitation is a significant honor and reflects the exceptional talent and dedication within the school’s robotics program.

Congratulations to all involved for representing St Peters College with pride, honor, and excellence. Their dedication not only brings distinction to the School but also helps forge a path for future success in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

As the teams prepare for the National Championships, the entire SPSC community looks forward to supporting their journey and celebrating their achievements on the national stage.
