Congratulations to Ethan Jaldiani (Year 11), who was invited to join the Australian Water Polo squad and competed at the NSW State Championships held from 7 to 11 December. Ethan was selected in the starting seven as centre forward, with his team finishing third in a highly competitive field. He was also recognised as one of the top ten offensive leaders across the competition.

After the championships, Ethan reflected on what the experience meant to him:

“Over the Holidays, participating of the Under 16 Australian team was an amazing experience in the competitive field. Arriving there felt like such a privilege after a lot of hard work. Playing in the competition was highly competitive but great development for my skills and character. Winning the bronze medal was a proud moment for me as I was able to achieve a medal in a high-level competition.”

Congratulations Ethan!
