Winter Colours and Symbols 2026

Last week, we recognised a number of boys who have made an outstanding contribution to the co-curricular life of the School.

Across Sport, Music, the Arts and Service, Colours and Symbols recognise much more than simply being good at something. Symbols acknowledge boys who have demonstrated an outstanding attitude and sustained commitment to their activity over time, while Colours recognise those same qualities alongside excellence at the highest level within their chosen pursuit.

Importantly, this recognition is not only about what boys achieve, but how they go about it. It is about turning up consistently, working hard, supporting those around them, showing respect and striving to perform at their very best.

To those who received Colours and Symbols, congratulations. You have earned this recognition, but it also carries an expectation to continue setting the standard, contributing to your activity and using your influence to make those around you better.

For all boys, I hope these awards also provide some inspiration. Find something you care about, commit to it, keep showing up and look for opportunities to lead and serve others.

Congratulations to all those recognised and thank you for the way you have represented and contributed to St Peter’s College.
