In Term 1, Year 10 Design students were challenged to design a poster for a competition held by the DreamBIG Festival. The calibre of the entire class’s entries was incredibly high, showcasing creativity while also meeting the design brief set by the organisation. We are proud to announce that one of our students, Jeff Gu, has had his artwork selected as the promotional image for the WRITE NOW Festival. This is an aspiring writers’ event for secondary students, featuring masterclasses, panel talks, and workshops with inspiring authors, to be held in May 2025 as part of the 2025 DreamBIG Children’s Festival.
Jeff submitted a wonderful artwork entitled Looking into the Horizon, which was judged by a panel comprising of members from the DreamBIG Children’s Festival team and the Department for Education. Congratulations to Jeff on having his poster selected for the WRITE NOW Festival.
