On Wednesday 4 December, our Year 11 students gathered for the inaugural Year 11 Retreat – a day dedicated to reflection, connection and collaboration.

The retreat began with a chapel service led by Fr Theo and inspiring words from the Headmaster, who encouraged the boys to “make hay while the sun shines.”

Set along the picturesque River Torrens at the historic SPSC Torrens Boat Shed, the retreat provided an ideal setting to relax, reflect and strengthen bonds. Highlights included meaningful group discussions, moments of personal reflection, and an unforgettable water challenge, filled with fun and laughter.

We hope this experience inspires the boys to return in 2025 as a united and resilient cohort, ready to face the challenges of Year 12 together.
