In week 6, 1L visited Mr Browning’s office for a very special reading session. The boys gathered in his office on the couches, chairs and floor space to enjoy a story, with Mr Browning himself taking time to share in the fun of reading. After the story the boys put on their curiosity hats and asked Mr Browning some questions about the things they could see in his office. The visit sparked lots of smiles, laughter and discussion and the boys loved seeing what happens inside the Headmaster’s office!

Brendon – “I liked going to visit Mr Browning’s office and listening to him read us three stories.”
Will – “I loved sitting in the good chair in his office.”
Faaris – “I liked looking inside the glass table in his office.”
Jayze – “It was the first time I had been in his office. I want to live there.”
Ekansh – “I liked seeing all the things in the glass table.”
Martin – “I liked him reading us three books.”
Manaia – “I liked seeing the pictures on his table.”
Nathan – “It was beautiful. The paintings were nice.”
Clifford – “I loved him reading us Piranhas Don’t Eat Bananas. It was funny.”
Archie – “I liked him reading to me because he was funny.”
Preston – “I loved Mr Browning reading us the books.”
Leonardo – “I liked seeing the painting of the boys with no eyes.”
Rex – “I liked seeing his big office.”
Liam – “I liked seeing the big painting of the boys.”
Collin – “I liked it when he read us Piranhas Don’t Eat Bananas and talked about the bums.”
